Contents:

  • Major aspects of the problem of HIV, AIDS and Hepatitis in the activities of law enforcement officials;
  • Introduction to drugs. The Comprehensive Package for Prevention of HIV, Hepatitis, sexually transmitted infections and Tuberculosis;
  • Law enforcement and the use of discretion and diversion. Practical application to policing. Creating multi-sectoral partnerships to more effectively work with key populations to enhance the national HIV/AIDS response.
