- Introduction to drugs. The Comprehensive Package for Prevention of HIV, Hepatitis, sexually transmitted infections and Tuberculosis;
- Law enforcement and the use of discretion and diversion. Practical application to policing. Creating multi-sectoral partnerships to more effectively work with key populations to enhance the national HIV/AIDS response.
