In 2005 he graduated from the Belarusian State pedagogical university named after M.Tank for the specialty "History" with additional specialty “The English language”, in 2005 – training center "Modern World" for the specialty “The French language”, in 2011 – the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the specialty" Public administration and law". In the internal affairs bodies he has been serving in various positions in the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs since July 2005.

Since April 2019 – the Head of the International Training Center.
