FSIN of Russia Intends to Develop Cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus

The International Training Center hosted a working meeting of the delegation of the FSIN of Russia with representatives of the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the educational institution.

The head of the delegation - the first deputy director of the FSIN of Russia, lieutenant-general of the internal service Anatoly Rudyi discussed the issues of interest with the chief of the IDF of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus, Major General of Police Sergey Doroshko and his deputy - the head of the ideological work and personnel department Colonel Sergey Sandalyuk. Then a meeting was held with the leaders of the police academy, the criminal-executive faculty and the profile department.

During the conversation, special attention was paid to the specifics of the training of legal officers for service in the penitentiary system, questions of retraining and professional development of personnel. The parties spoke about the experience of their countries in the field of administration of justice, the functioning of the penal-executive system. High efficiency of cooperation between the educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia and the leading police high school of Belarus was noted. Also, it was about the development of research activities in the interests of departments. Acting chief of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Colonel of militia Alexey Bashan, temporarily acting on the post, spoke about the peculiarities of the law of Belarus "On operative-search activity", in the development of which he was directly involved.

The guest got acquainted with the activities and material and technical base of the International Training Center. At the end of the visit, Anatoly Rudyi assured his Belarusian colleagues of readiness to further develop cooperation in the educational and research fields. The Belarusian and Russian sides are always open for cooperation and discussion of joint projects, many of which have already been successfully implemented.
